FAQ
How old are the newborns you typically photograph?
It is ideal to photograph newborns within their first 10 days of birth. During this time babies sleep 20+ hours a day and remain in a wonderful ‘curl’ from the womb. After 10 days the baby starts to push their limbs out a little and are awake for longer periods of time. If your baby is older than 10 days don’t get discouraged! Send us a Message! The session will likely take a little bit longer but we still get amazing photos!
How long will my newborn session be?
Newborn sessions take anywhere from 1.5 – 2.5 hours.
What is the temperature in your studio during a newborn session?
We keep our studio warm, between 25-28 degrees celsius . This is one of many techniques we use to keep your baby cozy and sleeping.
What are the payment options and are fees refundable?
AFTERPAY is now an available payment option on Collections over $500.00 (before applicable taxes) AFTERPAY is processed at time of initial scheduling.
Outside of AFTERPAY, all of our sessions have a non-refundable initial payment upon booking. This is to secure our availability for your session. Based upon your collection balance, the remainder will be due by way of structured payments of either one or two installments. Regardless of your structured payment option, all remaining balances must be paid at least 24 hours prior to your session time. These fees are non-refundable.
Are there any restrictions on the digital files after I purchase them?
Yes. The purchase of digital files provide you the PRINTING rights of the high resolution digital files as well as WEB-SHARING rights of the watermarked digital files.
The outlined rights above do not authorize clients to edit or alter the images in any way, shape or form. This also prohibits any application of photo filters or unnecessary cropping of the images. Any image alteration including filter applying or unnecessary cropping is strictly prohibited.
